Account Set Up

Sign up for a BigBuy account in order to gain access to the Fruugo connector. If you are not yet a BigBuy reseller but you are interested, please contact BigBuy through hello@bigbuy.eu or register here.

  1. Account Validation

Before starting the Fruugo integration, you must have an account on Fruugo. If you do not have one, sell.fruugo.com, enter your details and register. You can check the requirements here.

  1. Fruugo Account configuration

When setting up your Fruugo account, youโ€™ll be required to provide a webhook URL. The URL you need to provide is https://platform.bigbuy.eu/rest/notification/submission/58

Catalog Publication

In order to start synchronising your products, select the categories that you would like to publish. If you need additional guidance, please refer to this page.

Carriers + Shipping

After synchronizing the desired catalog categories, it is time to define the carriers as well as the shipping costs. In the Multi-Channel Integration Platform panel, deactivate the carriers you do not want to work with. We recommend that all carriers are activated to ensure the correct shipment of orders. Fruugo will be asking you to provide your method of calculating shipping costs. This can be done in Store Settings > Shipping Manager.

Free shipping

To set the free shipping costs, you must configure them in Fruugo, Settings > Delivery Settings > Free Delivery. And set the quantity from which you want the shipping costs to be free.ย 

Remember, you must include shipping in the price of your products, take this into account when creating your pricing strategy.

If you want to set free shipping in the marketplace, you can now include shipping in the price of your products thanks to a Multi-Channel Integration Platform functionality. You can activate the option in the carriers step as shown below.

Pricing Strategy

Once you have selected the categories to publish and after having configured the shipping costs, it is time to set the price margins.ย

Product Publication
