Products

Categories

  • In order to transfer your products to Fruugo, please head to the “Category Operations” tab to commence the category-matching process.

  • Here you’ll be able to define your category and match it to a valid Fruugo category

  • Please ensure to select an option from every one of the four blocks

  • When you’re done, hit “Apply”

Transferring Products to Fruugo

  • Please ensure that your category mapping is complete before moving on to this step.

  • Tick the products you’d like to sell on Fruugo

  • Click on “Transfer Selected”

  • To manually update stock or price, click on “Stock/Price Transfer”

Reviewing Successful/Unsuccessful Transfers

  • Navigate to Logs > Product Transfer to identify whether your product transfer was successful, or whether you need to review any errors.

  • If there is an issue with the product upload, this will be shown in the “Status” column.

  • To identify the cause of the issue, please double-click on the log line. Any errors will be displayed in the “Error Message” column.

Things to Consider

  • At the start of your integration process, your Fruugo Integration Specialist will ask you for a webhook URL - this can be obtained from your Ticimax contact.

  • Products that are “Active” will be included in the transfer, whereas if they are marked as “Inactive” they will not.

  • After completing the category matching process we recommend uploading one product as a test to identify if everything has been set up correctly.

  • You can also filter by stock and transfer products accordingly.

  • You can view the status of all of your products by clicking on “List Products”

Orders

There are two ways of importing your Fruugo orders: manual and automatic.

  1. Manual download: Manually enter a date range for the orders that you would like to import.

  2. Automatic: You can enable automatic downloads in the “Marketplace” section under the “Automatic Updates” tab. Fruugo recommends setting an interval of around 15 minutes.

Once you’ve downloaded your orders, you can confirm or cancel them.

If an order has been confirmed and shipped, it can be marked as returned. Please ensure to select the appropriate return reason from the dropdown.

Stock and Order Updates

Once you’ve uploaded your products, you can start enabling automatic stock, price and order updates.

Stock + Price: In the “Automatic Updates” section set an interval and select Fruugo. Your stock and price updates will then be synced at your chosen interval. This only affects previously uploaded products, it does not upload new products to Fruugo.

Orders: In the “Automatic Updates” section set an interval at which you’d like your orders to be downloaded. Fruugo recommends an interval of 15 minutes.
