About
eCommeleon was developed as an internal solution at an agency whose expertise lies in helping users of leading channel-management technology to connect to marketplaces. eCommeleon was originally built to plug the gaps in existing marketplace tools but has since developed into a highly flexible channel-management solution in its own right.

Once you have been approved as a seller on Fruugo and your account has been set up, you can create the connection in your eCommeleon account:

  1. Adding Credentials
    - Log into eCommeleon
    - Add Fruugo credentials on the settings page
    → Go to Settings (v2)
    → Click on Integrations
    → Click on “Create Credentials” and select Fruugo.
    → Request activation from eCommeleon.

  2. Set up Product Transmission
    - Add a Sales channel to your catalogue
    - Select the country you are shipping from
    - Select Fruugo

  3. Request Webhook URL
    During the integration process, your Fruugo Integration Specialist will ask you for your webhook URL. Please contact the eCommeleon team to obtain this URL.

  4. Create Mapping
    - Within your eCommeleon account, navigate to the Mapping screen for the Fruugo channel
    - Use the detailed instructions on the help section in the sidebar of this page to create the mapping for yourself
