Features

  • listing offers based on products from the BaseLinker catalogue or a warehouse connected to the system (such as a store warehouse, wholesaler, ERP system)

Connecting to Fruugo

After receiving approval from Fruugo for your newly created seller account you can add your integration on BaseLinker.

  1. Log into BaseLinker.

  2. Go to Integrations -> Add integration and select Fruugo.

  3. Provide displayed account name, login, password, Fruugo Retailer ID and currency, then save.

  4. Send the webhook URL to your assigned Fruugo Integration Specialist.

*All payments from Fruugo will be made in your local currency to a single bank account. The currency of payment must match the currency used for your product and shipping prices.

 

Integration settings


After adding the integration, in the Integrations → Fruugo Account section you will see the following 6 tabs:
Connection - here you will check the correctness of the connection to the marketplace account and update the data provided when connecting the integration;
Orders – here you can enable downloading orders, transferring tracking numbers to the marketplace, and configure their default orders;
Listing settings - in this tab you will select the default category, warehouse, price group and gallery settings;
Order statuses – here you can enable and set status connections. With this connection, any change in the order status in BaseLinker will be forwarded to Fruugo;
Prices – here you will configure the price synchronization module, which allows prices in offers to be updated in accordance with the warehouse;
Stocks – here you can configure the inventory synchronization module.

 

Module


On the left side of the BaseLinker panel, in the Marketplace section, the Fruugo module will be available. You will find 4 tabs here:
Listing – here you will post new offers on the marketplace. To go to the listing form, select the storage, Fruugo account and products and click List selected (form);
Offer management – here you can manage existing offers. It is also possible to import offers issued outside the BaseLinker system (and handle them directly in the panel), as well as to export offers;
Categories and parameters – in this tab you will select your favorite categories and map parameters.
Associations – here you can assign marketplace categories to categories (or products) from the warehouse.
