About

Octopia was created in 2021 as a subsidiary of Cdiscount, offering marketplace solutions to e-tailers, and drawing on the experience of the French e-commerce leader. Connecting to Fruugo

  • In your Seller zone > Settings > Your sales channels. If the tab is not yet visible, please be patient. Registration is currently being deployed.

  • Depending on the eligibility criteria (product category, store address), you will find the list of marketplaces available to sell your products.

  • Click on "Interested to sell through this channel?"

  • Click on "check out all specificities of the marketplace" to download the description of the selected sales channel.

  • Adapt your prices according to your reference catalog:

    • Your prices (excluding shipping costs): the adjustment is expressed in % and can be positive or negative.

 

  • Click on "Terms and Conditions" to see all the information regarding the subscription of this new sales channel.

  • Click on "Apply for registration on this channel".

  • Click on "Add this sales channel"

  • Click on "I understand" once your request has been validated

  • Our experts may contact you and ask for additional supporting documents.
