Connecting to Fruugo:

1. Click on Add Ons and search for Fruugo, then install the Fruugo app. Upon installing you'll be redirected to Cresco to configure your setup.

2. The Fruugo App is powered by CrescoData, so you will first need to accept their terms of service and privacy policies.

3. Select which of the following you would like to sync: Products, Order, Stock & Price

4. Add your Fruugo details (Merchant ID, Username, Password)

5. Map your categories and attributes

6. Enter your order and payment settings

7. Enter your stock settings

8. Save settings

Webhook

During the integration process, your Fruugo Integration Specialist will be asking for a webhook URL which can be obtained from our wiki.

Products

On the left hand side, click on “Product Sync” - this is where you’ll find all products that are synced to Fruugo. To sync additional products, select “Approved to show on Fruugo” in your product catalogue.

Order and Stock Updates

Orders placed on Fruugo marketplace are downloaded into Neto for processing. Once they are dispatched, Neto automatically sends the status back to http://Fruugo.com.au so that customers are notified of fulfilment, and can track the delivery.

In addition, stock levels maintained in Neto are automatically synced to Fruugo.
