Connecting to Fruugo

Once you have been approved as a seller on Fruugo and your account has been set up, you can establish the connection in Irobotbox.

1. Log into Irobotbox

2. Navigate to “Order Source Channel” and click on “Add Fruugo”.

3. Click the “Authorization” button.

4. Enter your Fruugo email address and password.

5. Click “Save”.

Publishing Fruugo Products

After your account has been authorised, you can start creating products.

1. Log into Irobotbox.

2. Navigate to “Fruugo Listing” and click on “Add Products” in the top right corner to get to the product information editing page.

3. Once you’re done editing your data, click “Listing and Submission” in the top right corner to list the products on Fruugo.

4. Go back the “Fruugo Listing” page to check the status of your products.

5. The initial status will be “Draft”. Once the products have been created on Fruugo the status will change to either “Successfully published” or “Failed to Publish”.

Webhook URL

At the start of the integration process, your Fruugo Integration Specialist will ask for your webhook URL. Please contact the Irobotbox team to obtain this URL.
