Connecting to Fruugo

When you have been approved as a seller on Fruugo and your account is taken care of, you can create the connection in CrescoData.

1. Log into your CrescoData account

2. On the left-hand side, click on “Integrations”, and then click on the “+” button in the top right corner.

3. Select Fruugo

4. Follow the steps and enter your Fruugo Username, Password, and Merchant ID.

Webhooks

Cresco will provide each retailer with its own unique webhook URL which can be obtained from your Cresco contact.

Products

Each retailer has the ability to customise which updates should be synced to Fruugo.

Orders

Each retailer has the ability to customise which order updates should be synced to Fruugo.

Setting Up Rules

CrescoData has a Rules Builder, which allows retailers to set up Stock Buffers, Publishing Rules or Price rules.

Review, Approve and Monitor 

Once the above steps are completed, a few products will get approved to ensure they are successfully received without errors. 

And if confirmed, all products will be switched from Pending to Approved and synced to Fruugo. 

At this point, the Order services will be activated to receive orders from Fruugo to be fulfilled in Shopify. 

Retailers will then monitor their Health Dashboard for Fruugo to see the percentage of products that were successful and if there are any errors that need to be resolved.
