Set Up

Please share your Fruugo Seller details with your DMS Matrix rep. They will add Fruugo as an additional marketplace to your account. DMS Matrix’s support and training team will guide you through the remaining steps needed in order to publish your products on Fruugo.

Publishing Products

1. Login to DMS Matrix

2. To link products in DMS you need to go to the Links dashboard on the left-hand side and select Link Products from the top right Actions dropdown

3. This will open a dialogue box where you can select all the active products which are not linked to the selected channel and will let you select the desired products by using the rest of the filters. Once you have the products you want you can either select them individually and click on Link Selected or simply click on Link Filtered to link all the products in the current result.

4. This will create a background job which links the product to the selected channel and shows the result in the bottom right popup boxes. Once the product is linked it will be visible on the Links dashboard with Linked status. If there are any errors the product will be in Processing or Link Error status. In case of any issues, you can always retry the linking by selecting Retry Linking from the Actions dropdown or by editing the product and correcting the errors.
