The orders captured by Tongtool will go directly to "Delivery Management -> Waiting for Delivery" for delivery

1. Allocate inventory

Check the order and click "Allocate Inventory" to allocate the inventory needed to fulfil this order. 

2. Obtain the logistics tracking number

After allocating inventory for the order, go to the order interface of the logistics provider, and click "batch upload" to upload the package order information to the logistics system.

For successfully uploaded packages, you can check the tracking number in the corresponding column, if there is no tracking number displayed, you can click “Update logistics provider information” to update the tracking number.

3. At the address label, print the parcel form

Step 1 (optional): Print the picking list - check the package and click “Print Picking List”

Step 2: Check the package and click “Print logistics provider face sheet”

Step 3: Once it has been printed successfully, it will be marked as printed.

4. Execute delivery: order-by-order delivery/bulk delivery can be selected

Order-by-order delivery: the scanner scans the packages one by one, and performs weighing verification. Click “Execute delivery and continue scanning”

If you check “Automatic delivery”, the system will automatically deliver packages one by one after scanning the packages one by one.

Batch delivery: Check the packages that need to be delivered - click “Execute delivery“

5. Synchronisation delivery status: manual synchronisation/system automatic synchronisation can be selected

This operation can synchronise the order tracking number to the store, and if the synchronisation is successful, it will show that the order has been shipped.

Manual synchronisation: Order management -> synchronisation delivery status -> select the package number to be synchronised -> click “Start Synchronisation”.

After the synchronisation is successful, the platform order shows that it has been shipped.

Automatic synchronisation: Basic settings -> delivery settings -> self-operated warehouse delivery automation, click corresponding platforms that need to automatically synchronize delivery -> Check “Automatic synchronisation by Tongtool system after Tongtool ships

Tongtool can automatically synchronise after executing the delivery process, there is no need to manually synchronise.

6. Order Cancellations

Step 1: Order Management - Self-delivery Orders - Select Platform Orders - Select Orders to be Voided - Click "Batch Void " (take manual orders as an example)

Step 2: Provide the cancellation reason

Step 3: Confirm cancellation and click “Next”.

1.分配库存

检查订单并单击“分配库存”以分配完成此订单所需的库存。

2.获取物流单号

为订单分配库存后,进入物流商的订单界面,点击“批量上传”,将包裹订单信息上传至物流系统。

对于上传成功的包裹,您可以在相应栏目中查看运单号,如果没有显示运单号,您可以点击“更新物流供应商信息”更新运单号。

3. 在地址标签处,打印包裹表格

第一步(可选):打印提货单——勾选包裹后点击“打印提货单”

第二步:勾选包裹,点击“打印物流商面单”

第三步:打印成功后,会被标记为已打印。

4.执行发货:可选择单单发货/批量发货

按单发货:扫描仪逐个扫描包裹,并进行称重验证。 点击“执行投递并继续扫描”

如果勾选“自动投递”,系统会在包裹一个一个扫描后自动一个一个投递。

批量派送:勾选需要派送的包裹-点击“执行派送”

5. 同步投放状态:可选择手动同步/系统自动同步

该操作可以将订单运单号同步到店铺,同步成功则显示订单已发货。

手动同步:订单管理->同步发货状态->选择需要同步的包裹号->点击“开始同步”。

同步成功后,平台订单显示已发货。

自动同步:基本设置->发货设置->自营仓发货自动化,点击对应需要自动同步发货的平台->勾选“同款发货后由同款系统自动同步” 

Tongtool在执行交付流程后可以自动同步,无需手动同步。

6. 订单取消

第一步:订单管理-自发货订单-选择平台订单-选择要作废的订单-点击“批量作废”(以人工订单为例)

第二步:提供取消原因

第三步:确认取消,点击“下一步”。
