Premium Storefronts

Fruugo Premium Storefronts are a part of the Premium Content Service and are available to merchants who are achieving a Performance Level of Silver, Gold or Platinum.

As part of this service you can customise your Fruugo marketplace storefront by uploading personalised brand assets, introductory text and select a custom promoted carousel category.

You will benefit from seller-centric product pages and a unique, personalised URL you can share to promote your store.

There is a monthly fee applied once you opt-in and you can opt-out at any time. Read about Retailer Content Fees for more information.

To opt-in login to the Retailer Portal and navigate to the ‘Customise Store’ page from the menu on the left. It is best to read the requirements and prepare these ahead of ‘activating’ your storefront.

Once you activate the Premium Storefront you will be opted into the charge.

Requirements 

LOGO

• File Requirements: Minimum dimension: 150px x 150px

• Formats: jpg, png or webp

• File size no larger than 50kb

If you cannot provide a logo that meets the above requirements, we will add the generic logo icon instead.

BANNER

• File Requirements: Minimum dimension: 1920px x 1080px

• Formats: jpg, png or webp

• File size no larger than 150kb

If you cannot provide a banner that meets the above requirements, we will add a generic banner instead.

PREFERRED CATEGORY

The storefront includes a carousel above the product block.  You can provide a preferred category or department for this carousel.

The carousel will default to show your top 12 best-selling products if a preferred category is unavailable.

• The maximum number of characters for the Store Description is 250 Characters.

• This can currently only be provided in ONE language.  Machine translation of this description in other languages will be provided in a future update.

• We recommend using the examples below as a suggestion for writing your store description and personalising this for your business.
