1.What is Insights?
Insights is a section within the Retailer Portal that provides data and reports on your sales performance, account health, and service levels. It helps you stay informed about your account and make decisions to improve your performance and customer satisfaction.
Insights will continue to evolve with more valuable data and information over time. If you have any suggestions or would like to see additional data that would be helpful to you, please share your feedback via Help > Provide feedback in the left navigation of the Retailer Portal.
2.How to use Insights?
2.1 Sales Trend
The Sales Trend module shows your sales performance over the past 30 days.
What the card shows
Gross Transactional Value (GTV) — your total transaction value for the period
Orders Volume — your total number of orders for the period
The chart displays how your orders volume has changed over time, giving you a clear view of your sales trends.
Custom date ranges and additional data breakdowns are coming soon.
2.2 Product Health
The Product Health module gives you a direct view of your listing health within the Retailer Portal, without needing to download a report. It is based on your most recently generated Product Issue Report and shows your SKU status along with any issues that may be affecting your listings.
This feature is currently available to a selected group of merchants. If you do not see the Product Health card on your Insights Overview page, your account has not yet been enrolled.
What the card shows
Report timestamp — when your last Product Issue Report was generated
SKU status — the number of SKUs with errors or warnings
Top issue types — the most common issues across your catalogue, such as blocked by shipping and counterfeit goods, are listed in descending order. Expand the list to view all issue types.
Downloading your report
If your report is within its validity period, a download button will appear on the card. Clicking it downloads your full Product Issue Report directly in the browser.
Generating a new report
You can trigger a new Product Issue Report at any time by clicking "Generate new report". Once your report is ready, you will receive an email notification with a direct link back to this page to view the latest data.
Report expiry
Product Issue Reports are valid for a limited period of time. If your report has expired, the card will continue to display the previous data with an expiry indicator. You can generate a new report at any time to refresh your data.
