Fruugo packing slips are supplied pre-filled as a receipt for the customer to be included with every order package.

Packing list is pre-filled with your company information and order information and serves as a printed receipt for the customer. It also includes return instructions and a return form. Fruugo customers are instructed to fill in the return form and include it in the return package so as to help you quickly identify the returned products.

Packing list includes the following information fields:

Your company details:

  • Company name

  • Contact details (e-mail and web address)

  • VAT number

  • Business Identity Code

  • Return address *

Customer information:

  • Customer Name

  • Delivery address

Order details:

  • Order placement date

  • List of products included in the order

  • Products' SKUs

  • Product names

  • Quantity

  • Product price

  • VAT details (amount per product and total VAT)

  • Shipping costs (including and excluding VAT)

  • Total order price

Shipping information:

  • Delivery method

  • Delivery address

* We instruct Fruugo customers to ship the products they wish to return to your return address.
