My Catalogue

My Catalogue is a view of your product catalogue and shows both high-level and detailed information for SKUs. Please see below for guidance on understanding the information displayed within My Catalogue.

My Catalogue totals

The totals at the top of your My Catalogue tab calculate the Live and Not Live SKUs within your product catalogue. This is an easy, at a glance view, of your catalogue and is determined by the statuses outlined below. The totals are unaffected when filters are applied.

Search by Product ID

The search bar allows you to navigate your catalogue by Product ID. All associated SKUs will be returned in your results.

View Filters

You can search or apply filters to your product catalogue by selecting the View Filters button.

You are able to search by Product ID or SKU ID, or filter by Quality Status.

Live

You can easily see how many SKUs in your catalogue are for sale by viewing the totals at the top of the My Catalogue tab.

For a SKU-by-SKU view, each row has a field which displays whether or not your SKU is Live or Not Live on Fruugo. Your SKU can be assigned one of 2 statuses:

Status

✔ YES

This SKU is available for sale in at least 1 of our 45 supported countries. This SKU is Live.

! No

This SKU is not available for sale in any of our supported countries, or has a Quality Status of ✘ ERROR. This SKU is Not Live.

Quality Status

This field displays the result of our product data validation checks on your SKU. All SKUs are checked to ensure they meet a minimum quality standard before being published on our marketplace. Your SKU can be assigned one of 3 statuses:

Status

Definition

Status

✔ OK

This SKU has passed all quality checks.

✘ ERROR

This SKU has failed one or more quality checks.

UNKNOWN

This SKU has not been updated since our quality checks were introduced. Please update your SKU in your source data.

A SKU must pass all quality checks to be published (Live) on Fruugo.

Error

If your SKU has failed a quality check, it will be assigned the ✘ ERROR status. You can click on the ✘ ERROR icon to open a dialogue box to find out what has caused the error. If your SKU has one ore more errors, the affected field and corresponding error reason will be displayed.

You view SKU error information at a field level, click View under Actions. This view will show an error summary box and also highlights the affected fields in-line.

For non-category related errors, you are able to update the existing SKU in your source data. Once you share the updated SKU with Fruugo, the quality check will validate the updated SKU information and change the Quality Status accordingly.

For category-related errors, you must create a new product ID and associated SKU ID in your source data, otherwise the product, and associated SKUs will remain blocked. For more information, please click here: What does UNCLASSIFIED mean?
