Shipping Method Listing Page Errors

 

These issues are flagged on the global configuration level through warning messages. The system validates the setup of shipment methods for all carriers, services, and selected destinations. While these are warning messages and won't halt your business operations, they serve as valuable insights. You have the flexibility to either proceed with your existing configuration, acknowledging potential gaps or take action to refine your setup. Ensuring your configuration covers all products optimally is key to successfully selling on the Fruugo marketplace.

Your delivery set-up for Country does not account for your highest value items costing up to amount. We would advise correcting the problem as these products will not be available to order.

To resolve warning message, the price tiers of all shipment methods for specific country of destination need to be configured to cover the prices of all products in the portfolio.

Weight

The weight-based pricing method has been selected but configured tiers do not cover the weights of some products.

To resolve warning message, the weight tiers of all shipment methods for specific country of destination needs to be configured to cover the weight of all products in the portfolio.

You are not currently providing a weight for all your products within your product data. We would advise correcting the problem as these products will not be available to order.

The weight-based pricing method has been selected but some of the products in the catalogue do not have a SkuPackageWeight defined.

If products have been updated with SkuPackageWeight or changes to product catalogue were made recently, please allow up to one hour for the validation to be conducted using the latest catalogue changes.

Quantity

The quantity delivery setup for %s does not allow for customers to order between %s and %s of your items. We would advise correcting the problem as it will prevent customers’ orders.

The quantity-based pricing methods have been selected but configured tiers across all the shipment methods for specific country of destination do not cover the quantity sequence for the products.

To resolve warning message, the quantity tiers need to be set in the continuous sequence (no gaps between the minimum and maximum quantities among all shipment methods) configured to cover the quantities set for all products in the portfolio. The quantity sequence should always start from quantity of '1' in at least one of the shipping methods.

Delivery Cost

Your delivery cost is too high and will be detrimental to sales for shipment methods #shipmentmethodnumber. We would advise reducing the cost.

The delivery price configured in the shipment method has been considered as too expensive for selected country of destination.

Configuration errors are outlined during the setup or editing of your shipment methods. It's important to note that these errors may prevent you from saving your shipment method. Addressing these issues promptly is crucial for a smooth and error-free shipping process.

The instructions on how the errors can be resolved are present on the screen, upon attempt to Save and close the method.
