Retailer Holiday Mode

Within the retailer portal you have access to our self-service holiday mode module. With this module you are able to restrict your sales while you are unable to fulfil orders. Using this will hide your products from sale on the Fruugo platform so that you do not receive orders while you are in holiday mode.

As you enter holiday mode, we would strongly recommend that you review any outstanding orders and ensure these are fulfilled prior to your break, and to review all enquiries and ensure that any issues are resolved. Any left outstanding may need to be cancelled, or enquiries resolved by refunding customers by our team in your absence.

Alongside this being a self-service feature which you can enable, at Fruugo’s discretion, we may activate this on your behalf if we notice issues with your account, or should your account need to be reviewed for breach of any policies.

While you are in holiday mode, our team may need to respond to customers on your behalf, and in line with these rules and policies, may need to refund customers and deduct these refunds from your balance. Usually, where the order value exceeds £50 in value, we would give all retailers a chance to resolve these issues, however, if you are in holiday mode, we may need to act on your behalf and this limitation will be disregarded in some instances

Whilst your account is in holiday mode, where necessary Fruugo reserves the sole and absolute discretion to resolve any outstanding customer enquiries, including a full refund of a customers order at your expense.
