What shipping methods do you offer on Fruugo?

When setting up your shipping costs you are able to choose between four different methods:
Flat Rate Shipping

The shipping costs is calculated based on the total weight of the items ordered.
Only one method can be used for as part of any service (standard or express) being provided to a specific country. Multiple different methods can not be combined for one service.
