Do not have a copy of the shipping template

I want to update my shipping costs but do not have a copy of my previous shipping template.

We store all historic shipping template that you have submitted to your account, therefore if you wish to update your shipping costs but cannot find your template, please created a ticket in the Technical Support desk, and we can send over the latest shipping template that we have for your account.
