There are various elements which can control your account performance on Fruugo. These indicates do not only relate to sales performance, but also cancellations, returns, customer enquiries etc. which are equally important to consider.

Retailer Dashboard

The retailer dashboard is a new product from Fruugo that helps you understand your Fruugo performance for the previous month, across a number of dimensions. We hope this will help you identify opportunities for growth within the Fruugo platform.

It is currently a pilot version initially being delivered to a small group of retailers. If you’re part of the pilot, you’ll receive an email with your personal dashboard attached as a PDF and some questions to help us with feedback. We’re expecting to launch our first version across much of the Fruugo retailer network in early September 2020.

This version will initially be a static PDF received via email each month, but our future ambition is to provide this information in an enhanced version of our Retailer Portal.

If the guidance doesn’t answer your question:

  • If you have a Fruugo Account Manager, you can drop them an email or phone call regarding the dashboard.
  • If you don’t have a Fruugo Account Manager, you can raise a query in the Retailer Portal by clicking Help in the top toolbar.
