IMPORTANT: About counterfeit/fake/infringing goods
Fruugo is strictly forbidden to sell any products that are counterfeit or forged brands.
If you have the brand's registration, authorisation or distribution permit, please correct the brand name in the product data. You may need to provide the relevant certification documents to demonstration the legitimatacy of the products and distribution rights.
If your account is flagged for fake/fake/infringing goods, we will enable a 'Holiday Mode' for your account. Customers will not be able to buy any of your products until remove the related products, or provide relevant authorisation documentation.
If you do not take any measures to these notifications, or you continue to sell such products, your account may be removed and your payment will be frozen.
