Account Set-Up

Connecting your Fruugo Account

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Expand Client Selling Channels and click Fruugo

  1. Click + Add Fruugo Account to link your account

Entering your Credentials

  1. Store Name

  2. Username (Your Fruugo email address)

  3. Password (Your Fruugo password)

  4. Click “Add Account” button

If your account set up is successful, you’ll be redirected to the account setting page. In case of any errors, you will see an error message like below.

Optional Account Settings

  • Handling Time/Lead Time (business days)

  • Max Quantity to List

  • Auto-Acknowledge Orders

  • Title Length Handling

  • Inventory Management options

  • Packing Slip title and thank-you message

 

Product Listings

SellerChamp uses batches to list a batch of products to a marketplace. 

  • Go to batches page

  • Select existing batch or add a new batch

Adding products to a batch

There are multiple options to add new products:

  1. Search any product by name or ASIN, UPC etc.

  2. Copy any of your existing from other marketplace

  3. Create a new product

Once a product has been added to a batch, please click the pencil icon to add all required information before pushing the product to Fruugo. Please ensure that the correct Fruugo category value has been added and necessary attributes are complete.

Once all required details have been provided, please click the Submit to Fruugo button.

Once the product is listed:

  • Product edits will automatically sync to Fruugo

  • Inventory changes will sync in real-time

 

Order Management

SellerChamp will automatically retrieve orders from Fruugo after a fixed interval, e.g. every 10 minutes. Those orders will appear on the Orders page where you can further modify the order statuses (e.g. confirm, ship)

You have the option to switch on auto-confirmation on all of your orders as illustrated below.

Changing Order Statuses

To mark an order as shipped, please select Shipped from the dropdown and add the correct tracking number.

To cancel or refund an order, please choose the appropriate option from the dropdown.
