Description of goods

Where products are listed for sale on the Fruugo platform, we expect that the images and description of the items to be accurate and representative of the item the customer will receive. 

We do not tolerate misleading information being provided to customers to increase sales of the product. Where products are misrepresented and customers raise complaints about the items received, they will be handled in accordance with our Damaged, incorrect, faulty and not as described goods

Plugs
Listings should clearly state which plug the item is sold with and should be provided with the plug for the customer country or as a minimum an adaptor for use in the customer country. If an unsuitable plug is provided, retailers will be responsible for return costs. We reserve the right to refund if we deem appropriate.

Instructions 

Where an item requires instructions for use these should be included with the item sent to the customer. These instructions should be sent out in the customer's language. If instructions for use are not available in the customer language, retailers will be responsible for return costs. Language of items

Where an item uses speech in a language, such as toys and electronics, they should be provided to customers in their language. It should also clearly state in the listing which languages the item is available in. If an item is sent to a customer which is not suitable for use in their chosen language, retailers will be responsible for return costs.
