How do I provide safety information?

For Non-Product API integrations, safety information can be provided at SKU level by either uploading a CSV file with the appropriate information, or via your feed by mapping Attributes 1-10 to the appropriate safety information attributes.
From 13th December 2024, if we are not able to display your product’s safety information it may be removed from sale
Via CSV File Upload
CSV is a common, simple file format that is widely supported by consumer, business, and scientific applications.
Uploading your safety information via CSV file upload is an easy and simple way to add additional attributes to your SKUs. It does not affect your existing attributes and can be used to add and update safety information for both existing and new SKUs.
If your feed does not support Attributes 1-10, you must use the CSV file upload method.
Via Feed
If your feed supports Attributes 1-10, and you would like to provide your safety information via your feed alongside other product data, you can map your existing fields to the required safety information attributes.
Please note that feeds only support 10 attribute fields. If you already populate attributes 1-10 for your SKUs, you will need to map an existing attribute field to a new attribute, or use the CSV file upload method to retain your existing attribute information.
