How do I provide safety information via feed?

Safety information can be provided at SKU level in your feed by mapping Attributes 1-10 to the appropriate safety information attribute.
Please note that feeds only support a maximum 10 attributes. If you already populate Attributes 1-10, and don’t want to remove those attributes from your SKUs, you must provide safety information via CSV instead. This will not affect your existing attribute data. Click here to learn more.
From 13th December 2024, if we are not able to display your product’s safety information it may be removed from sale
How to provide safety information via feed
Please follow the below steps to provide your product safety information:

1 | Identify which Attribute Field (Attribute1, Attribute2, etc.) in your feed you would like to use to provide safety information. There are 8 safety information attributes that may be required. Click here to check if they apply to your products If you already use Attributes 1-10, and do not wish to remove that information from your SKU, you can provide your safety information via CSV. 2 | Log in to Retailer Portal using your retailer credentials |
3 | Locate the Catalogue menu item |
4 | Click on the Settings page |
5 | Locate your appropriate attribute field under the Attribute column |
6 | Click on the dropdown list in the Fruugo Attribute column and locate the appropriate Safety Information attribute. You can select one Fruugo attribute per attribute field: Safety Warnings

Attributes and expected values
Please see below to understand what values are expected in your feed for each attribute field.

CE Mark | A declaration that your SKU has a CE mark present. If applicable, please provide the value “1” as this corresponds to the following statement: This SKU has a CE mark present. 1Any value other than “1” will be ignored. If you provide a value other than “1” and your SKU is an a mandatory category, it may be removed from sale. For example: ProductId,SkuId,Language,Safety Warnings,CE Mark

Serial Number | A unique identifier for your SKU if serial number is applicable. Optional |

Batch Number | A unique identifier for your SKU if batch number is applicable. Optional |
Safety Attestation | An attestation that must be provided when safety information is not required for a SKU in an obligatory category path. If applicable, please provide the value “1” as this corresponds to the following statement: This SKU does not require safety information. 1Any value other than “1” will be ignored.
