CSV File Upload
How do I provide safety information via CSV file upload?
Quick Links
Safety information can be provided at SKU level in our Retailer Portal by uploading a comma-separated value (CSV) file. CSV is a common, simple file format that is widely supported by consumer, business, and scientific applications.
A CSV file consists of any number of records, separated by line breaks; each record consists of fields, separated by a character or string, most commonly a comma (,) but semi-colons (;) are also supported. All records have an identical sequence of fields.
From 13th December 2024, if we are not able to display your product’s safety information it may be removed from sale.
