Product Issue Report
What is it?

The Product Issue Report contains a list of products in your catalogue that are not able to be published to the Fruugo website.
To receive the report, click Generate Report in the Catalogue tab. A CSV file will then be sent to the email address registered against the Retailer Portal account that is logged in.
What can I do?
The Product Issue Report will help you identify and resolve issues with your products. You can use the guidance below to understand what has caused a particular issue and what changes you can make to ensure that your product can be published. Any product data amendments must be made via your integration.
What information is available?
The Product Issue Report provides product information in the following format:

Please note that the report generates rows according to Issue Reason. This means that the report may include multiple rows for the same product and SKU ID.
If there are no issues present in your catalogue, you will receive email that states that we did not find any issues.
What do the columns mean?
Header | Definition |
---|---|
Product ID | Your product identifier. |
SKU ID | Your SKU identifier. |
Issue Type | The type of issue affecting your product. |
Issue Reason | The reason your product is not available for sale in a given country. |
Countries | A list of country codes that your product is not available for sale in, for a particular issue reason. |
