How do I update my shipping costs?

Answer

To update your shipping costs you will need to submit a new Fruugo Shipping Template. You can do this be either emailing Fruugo Tech Support from the email address your Fruugo account is registered too or by creating a ticket in the Technical Support Desk with your updated Fruugo Shipping Template attached.

The login details for the Technical Support Desk will have been provided to you in your Integration Complete email. These will also be the same details which you use to login to the Retailer Portal.

For us to implement any changes to your Fruugo Shipping Template as quickly as possible any changes to your shipping costs should be highlighted in the new template that you submit. 

The Technical Support Desk is secure and only emails sent from your registered Fruugo email addressed - used to log in to each Fruugo system - will be received. Alternatively, you can log in using your Fruugo credentials.
