New Country Launch
We are very excited to inform you that Fruugo will soon be launching in the following 14 new countries:
Turkey, Greece, Singapore, South Korea, Czechia, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Israel, Malaysia, The Philippines, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Trading in most of these new markets will begin from October 2019 and we expect to have completed the launch process by the end of this year.
We strongly recommend that you feature in as many Fruugo countries as possible, to maximise the exposure of your products to vast numbers of shoppers. If your company does not already ship to these markets and you need a logistics partner to do so, we can recommend ‘DHL eCommerce’ to carry your products to these new markets. You may also wish to consider ‘Skynet’, ‘Aramex’ and ‘Trakpak’. Alternatively you can provide us with the shipping details for your existing carrier.
To be a part of this incredible selling opportunity, we need you to please update the shipping template on your Fruugo account to include these additional countries and submit this in our Retailer Support Desk using the following link:
You will need your Fruugo Account username and password to login and create a ticket, alternatively you are able to email your new shipping template to data@fruugo.com from the email address registered to your account.
If you have registered for VAT in any of the new EU Countries on the list, It is vital that you also supply us with your VAT registration numbers for these countries. Please supply these with your shipping template. If you do not have local VAT registrations you can continue to operate with your current VAT registration and Fruugo will continue to calculate the local VAT for you.

This would also be a good time for you to check your shipping rates to our current Top Ten Countries:
Sweden, United Kingdom, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Australia, Norway, United States, Denmark, France and Germany.
We have many recent examples of Fruugo retailers generating significant additional sales from a small reduction in their shipping prices in these key countries.
