Linnworks connects and automates all the different parts of your selling processes. Which means you can spend less time on order processing, labels, picking, packing and spreadsheets, and more time leading your business.
Prerequisites
To configure a Fruugo channel it must already be added to Linnworks
Configure Channel Settings
Click on the pen icon in the channel integration screen for the required Fruugo integration
Options Available
Account
- Enabled: Tick this option to allow communication between Linnworks and Fruugo, without this ticked no information will be sent to Fruugo or received from Fruugo
- Username: The username associated with your Fruugo account
- Password: The password used to log into your Fruugo merchant centre
- Test: Used to confirm the supplied credentials work correctly allowing communication between Fruugo and Linnworks
Inventory
- Update Inventory: Allow Linnworks to submit changes in stock level to Fruugo. Linnworks supports multiple stock locations for additional warehouses / fulfillment centres / suppliers.
- Max Listed: This specifies the maximum level that will be sent to the channel.
- Stock Percentage: This will send a percentage of the current available stock level to the sales channel
- End When: This enables you to force the listing to end when the stock level gets to the specified amount as opposed to the default value of zero
Order
- Despatch Notes: After processing an order in Linnworks, a despatch notification and Tracking number (if available) will be submitted to the channel. When the option is disabled no despatch information will be submitted to Fruugo
- Order Sync Date [UTC]: The date and time of the most recently updated order that was amended in Linnworks during the last channel synchronsation
- Currency: All orders downloaded will use this as the currency
